These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Hydroclean.
1. Services
HydroClean provides exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, and jet washing.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if property condition, access, or service requirements differ from the original assessment.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Hydroclean reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges where legally permitted.
6. Service Limitations
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, damage, or wear may be permanent. Hydroclean cannot guarantee the removal of all marks or deterioration caused by age or prior damage.
7. Liability
Hydroclean will take reasonable care when delivering services. However, Hydroclean is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Poor structural condition

Loose fittings, tiles, gutters, or surfaces

Issues caused by undisclosed hazards
8. Health & Safety
Services may be refused or postponed if conditions are unsafe.
9. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied, please contact HydroClean promptly so the issue can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
